Passion Media Community Safety Standards

Passion Media is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and lawful platform for all users. These standards apply to all content, accounts, and activity on Passion Media across iOS, Android, and web.

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Passion Media has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation in any form. The following are strictly prohibited on Passion Media:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind, including images, video, audio, or text
• Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to exploit or abuse minors
• Content that sexualizes, objectifies, or endangers individuals under 18 years of age
• Any attempt to establish inappropriate contact with minors through the platform
• Sharing, distributing, or linking to CSAE content hosted elsewhere

Passion Media will immediately remove any content that violates this policy, permanently ban offending accounts, and report all instances of CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities, in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and all applicable laws.

Age Requirements

Passion Media is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use the platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, in compliance with COPPA.

Prohibited Content

• Harassment, threats, or bullying of any user
• Hate speech targeting protected characteristics
• Non-consensual intimate imagery
• Content promoting violence or self-harm
• Spam, fraud, or impersonation
• Any content that violates applicable local, national, or international law

Reporting Violations

Users can report any content or account that violates these standards directly within the Passion Media app:

• Tap the three-dot menu on any post, profile, reel, or live stream
• Select Report
• Choose the appropriate category, including Child safety

All reports are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team. Urgent child safety reports are prioritized.

Compliance

Passion Media complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including:

• Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
• PROTECT Our Children Act (18 U.S.C. § 2258A — mandatory NCMEC reporting)
• Google Play Child Safety Standards policy
• Apple App Store guidelines on child safety
